Loyalists versus elves on charge. This one really kind of stood on a razors edge. Luck (or no luck :P ) finally decided.

Version 1.0, be sure to hit the replay checkbox.

Elves vs. Knalgan
I think this replay shows the weak point of gryphons very well. Being pinned they lose all their mobility.

Perhaps we should revive this thread?

There's been a call for Undead vs. Drake matches, and there aren't all that many (in this archive) in recent months.

Specifically, I'd really like to see some replays of Cuddlefish playing Undead against a competant Drake player.

(I suggest this, Cuddlefish, because even if we had a load of matches in which Drakes win over Undead, it'd likely be unconvincing- It's easy to look at a match and say "Oh, he just won because the other guy messed up in such-and-such a way," - Experiencing something like this firsthand is generally a better sort of lesson.)
I will not tell you my corner / where threads don't get locked because of mostly no reason /
because I don't want your hostile disease / to spread all over the world.
I prefer that corner to remain hidden /
without your noses.

1v1 Divide and Conquer
BfW 1.1.2a

1) TyrQan (Northerners by Random)
v
2) JW (Rebels by Random)

A good match, some early luck on my part discourages TyrQan to continue and the game ends prematurely on turn 18 by forfeit.

A strange game from last night. Me (drakes) versus mtx (orcs). An example how you should not play if you have got an advantage through early luck :?
But finally I won having inflicted about 300 damage more than I should...

Paterson (P1, Knalgans) vs. Dawgas (P2, Undead) on Hamlets.
(This match is rated PG-13, for foul language and foul attitudes.)

Gaute (P1, Loyalists) vs. Leuron (P2, Drakes) on Hornshark Island.

Dragon Master (P1, Knalgans) vs. George Mason (who may reveal his true identity if he wishes  ) (P2, Knalgans) on Den of Onis.

Gaute (P1, Undead) vs. Paterson (P2, Loyalists) on Charge.
(This is an older match {just before the rapid-fire releases of 1.1.3-1.1.5}, and may give errors on newer versions. Great match though, with an entertaining end.)
http://star.walagata.com/w/paterson/Gaute_vs._Paterson2

Gaute (P1, Loyalists) vs. Paterson (P2, Loyalists) on Meteor Lake.
There is a fine piece of theater at the end of this one.

(These are 2 and 3, but I didn't post Gaute vs. Paterson 1 because it's not a very good match (he wasn't as good back then, and just got wiped out :P ).

Leuron (P1, Elves) vs. Paterson (P2, Northerners) on Charge.

Tonepoet (P1, Elves) vs. Paterson (P2, Drakes) on Charge.

Feanor (P1, Elves) vs. Paterson (P2, Drakes) on Charge.
(Anyone who can't figure out what to do with Gliders should watch this one. 8) )

Mason's right here buddy. Dragon Master tried the old "shoot 'im in the leg with a tranq" strategy, but I saw it comin this time.
