darn, i downloaded the wrong color swatch... oh, wells, I guess since both my ideas, and my art are pitiful, i'll just play the game.

That's not true. That's simply impossible. There is only one swatch to download, and it's the magenta one we've always had.

Don't give up, nothing of mine got in except some animations but that doesn't mean I don't do any art any more. (well elsewhere anyway :P) Keep trying, just adapt animations for the moment. Then you'll be able to pick up all the little tricks which make Jetryl's life so much easier.

I got the color swatch from

So if you look there, there are more than just 1 color swatch. I happened to download that one. so it is possible to download other color swatches. And by deleting the entire thread for the orcish archers, I take it, that in order to post more of my stuff, i will have to clutter the already very cluttered forums.

They have new base frames, but the animations should still be modified - enlarged by 5 to 6 pixels - i guess?

I do. It is highly confusing that some units should and others shouldn't be dealt with. Besides, this information is on a seperate forum. Also it took me two reads (one simple and one carefully) before I understood the tctutorial. Not that this says everyting, perhaps I'm used to more complex stuff. :P

Anyway, if i want to do some of the units in the topic you linked to, the units should be modified as well. Right, i'll try

Edit: This is what i managed to do with the lieutenant (so far).
I didn't do the attack frames because I think they have to be redone. There is only one for long and one for short, and this should be much more. Perhaps I can do something on that as well, but don't expect too much.
