hi guys!
Hi guys, i just got my microphone to work, and I was wondering what sound files are required for the project
Do you think it would be a good idea to do voices a la warcraft?

Probably any sound that is in-game could be replaced by a better one.
A explanation of the most needed sounds here.
Wesnoth is a very international game, I don't think trying to make the units talk like warcraft would be expedient, expecially when we don't have good versions of most basic sound effects.

Feel free to PM me if you start a new terrain oriented thread. It's easy for me to miss them among all the other art threads.

Anyone getting hit, especially orcs, elves, zombies, skeletons, drakes, and female elves. I think I pretty much get the skeleton hit sound, but I think we could do better. The drake sound is good but I think someone could be really creative with what a drake sounds like.
The mace hitting sound
The arrow sounds
Dwarf death sound
Water blast and the turn bell are good but have some trailing silence that should be trimmed.
