Updates exe

Is it posible, and it is hard to make Wesnoth updates exe wehe will be all, or most of Faction, Era, Compaigans and other updates from Wesnoth.org ?

I think he's saying; "Is it possible to provide an update executable that would automatically download the latest factions, campaigns, etc.".

Actually, a "Download All" button in the Campaign Window would be nice, but it might be a bit hard on the server...

Or maybe it is a plea for the updates to Wesnoth to be submitted in an .exe format as apposed to downloading the whole package. (e.g. an executable file that updates Wesnoth version a.a.a to version a.a.b).

Does Wesnoth write into the Windows registry?
If not, maybe someone can just download everything and put it in a zip file somewhere (containing all the Wesnoth directory).

But a download all button would be the most user-friendly.
