Need Multiplayer Strategy (hexcake, loyalists, vs elves)

pikeman is a good idea,,,,but,,,what if he got lots of long ranged units???(i mean like a marksman on a forest vs pike on a forest)

although it has resistance to pierce,,it has still disadvantages,,,,,no long range,,,weak terrain defence(juz like elvish fighter in most of terrains)

Of course; every unit has weaknesses that can be exploited. The pikeman, however, can take a beating from archers, making it a great frontline unit against the rebels.

what if a piky vs ranger or marks???

marks 70 on forest and also ranger..

and ranger can hide in forest if ever its losing...

It will stil last longer than a swordsman, which is the whole point. If he has too many ranged units, then you add in javlineers, who can get in some good counter attacks at ranged.

Oh, and if he is attacking from the forest-leave, he has to follow, or let you escape.
