Save the file (unzip it if need be, but most of us don't zip our files anyway) in wesnoth/userdata/saves. Then start Wesnoth, or restart if you already have it going. The matches will appear in the "Load" section.

Some good matches coming up.....

Gryphon replays

Post by Soliton »

Hi,

here are 4 replays of me using mostly Gryphons on Blitz vs various factions played be Tonepoet and Yogin.
I think it shows that Gryphons might be a bit too good.
They have already been nerfed down in the development version btw.

For further information on the balancing changes in the development version (1.1-svn) check out: http://changelog.wesnoth.org

Great games with a few good players.
The game with soliton is to determine whether gryphon is overpower as gryphon will be nerfed in the future version. refer to soliton earlier post for other gryphon test.

Yet another game on Charge.

I know how people enjoy watching SirFantom's games - so here he is once again, as he put it, "learning to play drakes".

EDIT: Replay now with first 3 turns included! (Probably not Yogi Bear standard, but it works.) :)

Becephalus (Random:Drakes) vs Hamsta (Random:Northerners)

on Charge, Becephalus wins eventually after Hamsta is winning early economically.

Don't spoil it for the viewers! :?
(I don't think you should ever give away the winner when posting a replay.)

By the way, you should post that match we had the other day. I seem to have lost it.

Here is a game I just played on my new map Battle (it has a companion war, thats why the names are individually dull). The map is the same as charge in size and void spots, but other than that i completely redid it. I (player 2 dwarves) am playing SlayerUSMC (player 1 orcs).

OK 1v1 battle on Variance. A good chance to watch some unorthodox tactics by 0_Bean_0.

Ugh, I know I sounds like an idiot, but how do I view these files?
However hard I look, I can't seem to find a "saves" folder or a "userdata". Can anyone set me straight here?
