No linebreaks in the other translations either...
Well, it seems there never was any linebreaks in any one of the translations except for the English one...Dave wrote:I'm not sure why, but the Danish translation now has no line breaks in Wiki.
Maybe you have to copy the text from a Windows-based text file, where an "enter" keypress means 2 characters and not just 1 as it does with Unix... Or perhaps it's something completely different, dunno...

Change danish.cfg link
Dave, can I change the download link for the danish.cfg file on the wiki? You will always be able to find the newest danish.cfg from the same place as always on my homepage server...

Hmm, the problem seems to go for the English one as well...skovbaer wrote:Well, it seems there never was any linebreaks in any one of the translations except for the English one...Dave wrote:I'm not sure why, but the Danish translation now has no line breaks in Wiki.

uhmm.. yes, i know.. the wiki place a [br] only if there is an empty line.. so it looks rather bad in the "view" mode.. the "edit" mode is a little best.. but i think a text editor is the better choiceskovbaer wrote:Hmm, the problem seems to go for the English one as well...

anyway it can be usefull for the download links

Halfling Power!!
I believe this is not the problem. I thought that this could be it so I've tried and it didn't work. Unless I've done it wrong will try again... Uhm... Anyway I'm struggling with myself whether I shall shoot more for keeping Dave's style in translation or reaorganise sentences so that it is more fantasy like and sounds best (but this may damage Dave's intentions).
Sorry to doublepost (quite widespread tactic here heh) but I wanted to attract attenion. I've doublechecked that no matter ISO or Windows it does display those funny signs instead of proper letters. I can send this to someone but dunno f this will be useful... Nyway sending this to David heh just in case.
*offtopic* wow it's nice to help working on a game that is REALLY going to be finished, hh. I almost feel like it is somehow my child too now, even my effort into creation is like... uhm... ZERO

I don't know much about character encodings, and I don't know what's wrong with this file. However I have put it up at,

Perhaps someone else can look at it and tell us what's wrong?

Polish translation...

In my opinion, if you rearrange the sentences in the translation, then you have to make absolutely sure that they still hold the same story-line and meaning... But you probably know that already...
