Lv.1 units are pretty balanced, but not so much lv.2 units, in this case Im refering to the Rogue, he costs only 24, compared to the 32gp of the fencer, thats really too little for an unit that has backstab and skirmish abilities, or remove the skirmishing ability or increase the cost.
