Seeing the new ranger... comes to me the feeling the guy is more showing the bow than anything else. As he now wields a sword...how can he use a bow that needs both hands??, he may be just carrying it but in such case he won't be holding it leveled ready to shot, as is doing the avenger. Nothing to ...

Tricks: - Lure: Buy the cheapest guy you can and send him in the open, its an affordable loss and if it helps to take a few guys out from its nice defending spots. Its a high temptation to take these easy xps in the open without too much trouble. - In medium-big maps use higher scouting ranges to hi...

You have huge clumps of terrain of the same type near certain castles. But any leader can make to a castle in a somewhat favored terrain. The only way it might be balanced is if rebels started near the forest and knalgan near the mountains These 2 terrains are the most favored to elves and knalgans...

Multiplayer 2v2 asimetrical "balanced" map of my o
I made a map a few weeks ago.
Tired of seeing the simetrical maps.
Its quite balanced and is assimetrical... maybe a little big, but as its narrow game keeps a good pace.

I wont say they are the overall slowest faction, his hill/mountain/forest movement cost is 1. It means they are faster than any other faction but elves in forests, faster than any other faction but northeners in hills... They never need to walk aorund any nonwater piece of terrain, and if the map is...

Backstab animation
What about having a different nastier special animation for backstab attacks??.
As its not the same trying to land a hit than trying to deliver a sneaky fatal killing blow.

Re: Incremental costs
I would be interested in exploring an incremental cost system. This would discourage people from creating armies of one or two types of units. The simplest example would be units cost x+1 per unit of that type recruited. Do you think there is value in this or is this excess complexity for little ga...

I agree with the feeling of poison been unbalancing. Its most unbalancing in ghouls as they poison with its melee attack, and most units relay on close combat making any attempt to get rid of the ghoul a risky chance to poison 2 or 3 of your own units. I find isnt so unbalancing in assassins because...

I would find it nice!. And worst is i find devs should find it even nicer! :P. And its nice to be lucky sometimes, but when you lose a game only because luck, well you feel quite pissed. There are some critical moments in every game where armies meet and if one side gets all the luck the game is ove...
