Is there a list of unit abilities and their effect? I'm looking for things like leadership, impact, blade, pierce, concealment, etc.

Is there a page somewhere that has a list of these traits and their effects?

So the [f] indicates that it'll advance to a new class? If that's the case, how do you know which one?

I like the table. It provides very comprehensive stats on all the units. I don't see where it addresses some of my other questions though: a) A lvl 2 mage changes into either a white mage, or a red mage. I couldn't find this information in the wiki anywhere... Is there a list that describes which classes level into which other classes? Something that says a mage will level into a healer, or someone even more destructive? I've learned most of it now that I've played some, but I was going into it some...
