Re: Invasion from the Unknown (1.9.4) for Wesnoth 1.4

Great campaign! I know I am late with the kudos but IftU got me back to playing regularly after a long time absence. It's wonderful that it extends plot elements from UtBS (one of my favorites ever) and DiD-Mal Keshar, and you obviously put in a ton of careful work (much like the superb Chilean scie...

This is a good campaign so far.. I like the huge first battle in Atlantis and the aqua dwarves are a funny concept until you realize enough of them can kill your mermen. Are you still developing the story? It's promising so far, and a good balance of humor and interesting maps.

great campaign with a philosophical ending!

This is my favorite campaign of the year. One of the rare ones there with the likes of Under the Burning Suns. Great job balancing- I played at Medium and it was well balanced. I just had to farm for gold at some of the limitless levels to make sure I had >500 the whole time. I had one bug- the fina...

great campaign!

I played to "Battle Royale" and really enjoyed the campaign (0.4.1). Lots of dialogue, plot twists, well balanced levels, cool characters, historical tie-ins. Great campaign!! Bien fait Taz. I think Dacyn is well-balanced in the “Siege of D’Tonk scenario. It's important ...

Midnight Raiding doesn't load

It says: unit not found "Arendian Captain" It didn't have this problem when I played the same campaign with 1.0.2. Great campaign so far!

some text suggestions

Hope all is well outside of Wesnoth taurus! Adversity tests the brave. Some text suggestions for Giving Some Back: to witch > to which [intro] slimy cowered > slimy coward [Kapo'e's line] General Arthur alternate speech: Sorry there old chap. You're deemed too insignificant for the likes of the Earl...

clash of armies- recall towers?

Great job Taurus, I just played through the campaigns and your efforts have made the gameplay much better. Saving Inarix was more enjoyable than in the original. There is sort of a bug in Clash of Armies though- the Towers are available under recalled armies. I know buying one would be a stupid thin...

Flight to Freedom- comments

I'd played this Campaign a while back; it wasn't that fun with the slave units, and I'd stopped at "Manor". The recent version, with updated text, graphics etc. is much better. It became really fun at and after Blue River. I stopped playing at Underground though- just run out of turns. Dra...

awesome finish

Kudos again Taurus. I really enjoyed this campaign, and the character development is stellar. In the end, by the time the final showdown came around, I had probably my favorite character in all of the Wesnoth campaigns, a Dwarf Lord that I just had to rename Odin for obvious reasons! With a certain ...

edited .cfg files

I'm about 50% done- will try to get all back to you this weekend so that you may consider incorporating them to 0.3.0. Good luck with the rest!

splendid campaign, but a bug with leveling up past 3

I just finished the campaign. I had left it at Blood is Thicker than Water which was the last complete level from the last version. The finale was eerily appropriate- well done with the final boss fight!! I did have one problem- when some of the heroes would level up past 3, sometimes their hit poin...

Re: just played through to Okladia, great campaign!

Aragwaithi, as Turin already mentioned, were created by Wayfarer and are part of Imperial Era MP pack. Wayfarer also was so kind to contribute few Akladian sprites (and other, e.g. new Karen units and Lorin units). I don't play MP, so I had not encountered Aragwaithi before. Someone should make a r...

just played through to Okladia, great campaign!

Hey szopen, this is a really fun campaign! Originally I was a bit exasperated at all the new units that were being created just for this campaign but I got used to playing with them eventually, except Aragwaithi which I think aren't initially as tough as human units (Spearmen and Archers) that you c...

big armies, Level 1 is fun

Taurus, I enjoyed level 1 and am working on level 2. I like the fact that this campaign is unique in that it teaches you to accept some losses of lower level units (I think most people like playing with fewer units that they fawn over like an RPG, but I like big battles!) in exchange for strategic p...

fun campaign so far

once the English is polished and with a little balancing, it could be one of the most enjoyable short ones. I like all the allusions to Spanish civil war and Franco, etc.
