I think this is a fun campaign as well, and agree with ott. If you finish mages and elves and still think of it as "easy" then it may be for you, elsewise you may find it more fun then you previously believed.

Another good source for use in strategem is Go Rin No Sho, (The Book of Five Rings) , by Miyamoto Musashi. Personally, it is my favorite strategy book, followed closely of course by The Art of War . I've had success using The Art of War when playing, if your chess tactics don't quite work you might look into this...
