Actually the movetype is the reason the harpooner costs less. Harpooners are better in water but worse on hills and forests and mountains and sand.

But, the balance of the units is mainly for the stats, in many survival maps there is to much water and a Brungar dwart can be better than a normal dwart.
The Harpooiner is much better in water and in swamp, in river ford and coastal rift, the same bonus than a thunderer, but, with other terrains advanteges. Water advetange is not even different than the hill/mountain adventage. So I don't think the harpooiner should cost only 15.
And phyronation is overpowered, 12-4 magical ranged fire is much for a lv2 unit ... It should deal like 9-4

units should not be balanced based on survival maps, they should be made balanced based on the other factions in their era. also, movetype is very important here. a) they don't actually get the same dodge as dwarves on mountains in the water (50% deep water, 60% shallow water, 40% swamp water) b) it takes 2 mp to go over hills, mountains, swamp, and mushroom grove (which is 30% instead of 40%) and 3 mp over forest (there's also a bug in the movetype, so brungar can't actually go on coastal reef). lol, like all the Celestial units, anyone in the celestial faction can't move in coastal rift LOL.
That is because, the terrain is newer than the faction, and Newton1 didn't updated that

That thing is very weird, why that language in a add on and why these weirds letters? I don't see any reasson to this happens

If I remember correctly, this "<span foreground>" in the name of the attack is because Inferno8 wrote "sword&axe", and the "&" crashes the name. He solved it in the orginal by changing its name to "sword+axe".
And the "strange symbols" are for sure the Cyrillic alphabet used by many Slavic languages.

There's a mistake in the beginning message, on the first turn: it says <span font size> multiple times, instead of actually changing the font.
The phantom spearmen and widows in the despair level up too easily: it only takes them 2 kills to level. Also, widows cost too little: only 14 gold for a 6-3 magical attack. Try raising the cost to 16. Also uneases are supposed to be able to attack multiple times a turn in archaic era, and rider's stats have been changed completely to make them less useless. It would probably be easier to update the whole faction.

Hi,
Chaos faction doesn't work well.
Each time a chaos unit level, an error message come and the game crashes.
Seems that units of different lvl are not correctly linked.
