Sorry for the double, but I have come across some more errors, boo....

Three newfound errors, first of all, the Warrior Spirit line is broken…. Again, except this time its just a missing picture (phew).

The second is, a can’t find unit Wild Elf Tempest during advancement… :(

And finally when the is supposed to gain an AMLA, instead it regains all health like the necrophage1.

It seems every time a problem is fixed another has arose

Are you sure about the Hippo? It has a level 3 whose graphics are very similar to the level 2; that might be what is throwing you off.

I am sure, It had an extremely tiny head yes, but it had a beard.

If you don't beleive me try Debug and look at it, I first though it was weird when the exp was blue (advancement) and not purple (AMLA) I thought it was strange

It refers to the fact that the Lavinian Empire (=imperial) is the most powerful player in the era. It would be similar to calling the default era the "Wesnothian Era".

The Wild Elf Warrior needs to be changed, because the Elf Fighter, has the same attack, price but has added archery.

So 2-3 things can be done.

1) Reduce cost to 13
2) Increase attack to 6
3) Increase armour

With all of these changes, they will also be made to the higher levels. Also, there could be combinations, like 1) and 3)

An idea I had was giving the Shadowdancer some extra skill, like dagger's or a type of ambush

Only reduce its cost. Being chaotic, the guy is basically a powerhouse at night. Atmuch i would settle for the added damage.

differences between warrior and fighter (important differences bolded):

warrior +1 hp
warrior +1 mp
warrior +5 xp
warrior chaotic, fighter neutral
warrior 3 advancements, fighter 2
warrior +20% cold resistance
slightly different movetypes, won't go into that here
fighter 3-3 ranged attack

IMHO the warrior having +1 mp and being chaotic compensate for the fighter having a rather weak ranged attack.

Wow, +5 xp, well in the end that takes alot. Atleast one change would be it having -3 xp. because I am guessing nothing else will be changed. Also, a ranged attack is better than none at all.

One thing that seems strange with the Ai in IE is it likes to recruit the 5 of the fastest units (Lavin-horse, Sidhe-wanderer, Maruader-scout), and then usually 2 ranged units, then just a crazy random assortment

I don't have a problem with reducing the XP required, perhaps even to below that of the EF.

The AI tends to do that a lot, not just in the IE... dunno why. :?
