yah they are too low and too far left in the linework and I tried to scale them but it's a lost cause lol.

will start form scratch for sure

and what's worse I spent 20 minutes painting on the layer with my linework so it's stuck there X(

Wow, aside from that the face proportions are all screwy, that is a really nice painterly look.

sooo I tried to redraw a head or maybe the whole thing but I stopped cause I think it was suffering the same flaws as the last head

and then I tried to edit the other one again and I think it worked

The new concept is good. On the face the neck seems a bit long though. Other than the face is felicitous.
Though only if you finish it I can say more about it.
