Lol neki, if Clash is a camping map, what are Path of Daggers or Xanthe Chaos?

You are better player than me, but you may accept this advise: Dont expect a team of rebels/knalga attack on first turns of a 2v2 game. Calling that "camping" is like complain about "banking" because a player grabs his villages :P
Be aware English is not my first language and I could have explained bad myself using wrong or just invented words.

yeah, also the outcome of the southern battle wasn't really clear to observers either, but daunt losing too many units before the main fighting started, and then losing even more when it did + you being forced to tank melee units with burners at night, proved crucial.

ps. you sound so unmotivated in that video, i almost feel bad for suggesting to make it now... but you actually learn more from defeats than from victories (as long as you survive them  )
If you have any wishes or suggestions concerning the TGT or just want to drop me a message, pls pm me at: alpha1_pm

Hello Everybody!

Team Shadow of Death has decided to surrender and step back from this tournament. After several discussions with ReNoM, I made sure, that this decision is final. So a time comes to decide, what will happen to the matchup...

Since Rigors team already played a lot of games and was leading 1:0 in the series, we have decided to autoadvance Landfish Commando to the Sith group finals.

We know that Rigor was expecting to play some more games even offering a score reset, but this is the most fair solution and we hope that the group finals will satisfy his appetite soon ;)

For the TGT Crew

The Landfish won for Rigor, it just lets all opponents drop out. Watch out for yourselves, RNG, you'll be next even if you'll win against the Tentacles! :P

It makes me sad to bring dire news fellow TGT enthusiasts, but the Tentacles treachery has no bounds known to fleshy men. Time has come for me to take care of some important diplomatic business and sneaky Tentacle spies caught wind of that.

Learning from their previous failure, they did not want to engage Dauntless alone but instead forced him through long forgotten international treaties, so long forgotten that they don't even lie within our written TGT chronicles, to choose padawan plk2 to replace my brutal skills in battle.

As both you and I know, neki is not replaceable, but should a worthy padawan be named to try to replace sith master neki, then that padawan has to be plk2, therefore plk2, I salute you!

But worry not fellow TGT warriors, I take an oath today before you that no treachery or diplomatic business shall ever replace neki again! Cryyyyyyyy "Havvvvoooccccccccccc!!!" and let slip the dogs of war!!!!! May the brutal force guide you in the final battle, Dauntless and plk2.

Decisive game between R.N.G. and Tentacles w/o neki? Hmm ... :hmm:

Underestimating Horus may lead to costly mistakes indeed

Hello,

Here's the replay of the brutal third game of the tentacles against R.N.G.
R.N.G. chose to play on Xanthe Chaos a second time, and we got Northerners&Rebels(p2,p3) against double Rebels.
Spoiler:
peace be with you

It is true! Sadly this tournament will have to go on without Dauntless' wisdom and neki's brutality. But from the ashes of TGT a new tournament shall arise, this time 1v1 and who knows, maybe with prizes ?! :) Check it out:

turn 4, decision to try to keep the 23,13 with red army = basically a "gg"

I was unsure why R.N.G. decided to go for early unit-per-unit exchange in game 2 but seeing this again in game 3 with (yet again, early exchange with leader advantage on the Tentacles side) made me think about a reason and I think it's Dauntless being strained by TGT organisation + irl matters.

I've suffered from it in both previous editions, games vs. good opponents just feel a bit like a burden with all that admin job around.

I've to say this outcome is a bit of surprise after 1-0 for R.N.G., can't wait on semi-finals and final games :)

Might be my fault. Lots of admin attention for the Mystery Knights. :P

Sorry about that.
In my defense, I did advise Dauntless to wait for Neki!

Congrats to tentacles.

nice playback, Cutler: 3:20, 3:30 :lol2:

ah i also want to comment on that game (wheres the obs chat?): that is, serves you right that you didnt pick terra - the map that wasnt considered for NO REASON AT ALL. did i say that already? well anyways, the landfish will not back down and play all those "heeeeeeeey, lets quickly grab a village, we can win the game by turn 4 already" maps, no problem. looking forward to meeting you sometime soon (plz give suggestions when you want to play after the TGT lords announce round 3)

I hereby thank Dauntless and neki for the matches!
After I had messed up the first one in a silly manner and neki intensified his trash-talk,
motivation became pretty high to show peace and the world that I can do better.
Well I cannot say that this has been accomplished without any help.
It was a combination of Marksmanship, the Goddess of Luck and the fact that neki and Dauntless haven't been in best shape.
Anyways, we're looking forward to pulling the Landfishies back under water.

Beautiful picture there nani!

I would also like to thank you for the matches and wish you good luck in Round 3 vs Landfish commando.

It is true that our play was far from optimal, but RNG will regroup and come back at full strenth some day... ;)

This time for The RNG Crew, Dauntless
