Just 2 more:
elvish scout -> elvish outrider: 9-2 ranged to 8-3 ranged.
Merman warrior -> merman Hoplite: 8-4 to 15-2 (I realize the Hoplite gains a lot of resistances and steadfast, but shouldn't it be 16-2 at least?)

you mean hoplite? If so, triton is like 15-4 or something....and only one branch needs to obey RIPILIB

Yeah but you didn't edit that it wasn't actually a RIPLIB violation =P
