Most annoying in MP

I am sorry if my previous post could be considered insulting to French. That is not what I wanted to say
Maybe it is because I simply have not got any clue what French words mean so I might notice it more if it happens with French language. It would not have been necessary to give an example that has happened randomly most times. It would have been enough to say that I don't like it. Sorry again to all Frenchmen. Hope you can forgive me.
But I don't find it annoying to be asked to write English even with serveral German/Austrian/Swiss in the game myself thought.

I was working on the proof of one of my poems all the morning, and took out a comma. In the afternoon I put it back again. -- Oscar Wilde
I know somebody is a noob if they are extremely ancious and impatient. Ussually it goes something like this.
Me: Is everyone all ready?
NOOb: Go
Player: Can I change to elves?
Me: Sure what Leader?
NOOb: Just start
Me: Is that good?
NOOb: START THE GAME!!!
With that kind of attitude, I know that the player will probably disconnect him/herself around turn 3 or so.

It is good that war is terrible, lest we grow too fond.

What I find annoying is when someone leaves without explanation. I'm fine if someone says "I've got homework, I've got to go", but if you just up and leave, that's more frustrating. Lost connections can account for some of it, but even if they just decide they're going to lose, they could have the decency to say "Alright, you've won. I'm going to play another game with someone else." or something of the like, instead of up and disappearing.
Think numbers in a username is wierd? Think maybe I should've gone for something original? I was thinking maybe Terevet, but if someone knew me elsewhere they wouldn't recognize me then
Terevet is my MP name however.
