These two lines where the only ones where I made significant changes.

First, the Claw Dancer line.
*coughs* umm, are you sure that even the level three catclaw only gets 30 hp and cost only 20??
:P
The three claw assasins are basically the same besides the attacks....
Its the same deal with the initiates too... both have 48 hp...

To Kafka + Temuchin: nice ideas tho.

We have one graphic that is a claw dancer... seems like we need 4 more... I'll have a go at that too...

You're right, it was a very clumsy edit.

Four more claw dancers? Just two more. The Tainted Initiate -> Warrior Shaman would branch off the Initiate.

EDIT: I updated the Tainted Initiate description and the stats of the Warrior Shaman, Claw Master, and Catclaw Assassin. See what you think!

Yeah, well feel free to leave the monks for last. Japanese army, Imperial Chinese army, and then warrior monks when the others are completed.

But do my new versions of the Claw Master, Catclaw Assassin, and Warrior Shaman sufficiently fix the problems you pointed out?

Tippsey: Look, we are making most of kafka's proposed units, but because our graphics available are not enough, and there needs to be a compromise.... and sometimes things change alot since the first time the drawing board was built. And of all the units Kafka has suggested, roughly half has been implemented... All we are missing are the claw dancer and the monks. The difference you see between the units he suggested now and the units we have now are balancing changes that are made after it was actually playtested, and not simply theoretical balance changes.

Units that are implemented, suggested by kafka: Ninja, Samurai on foot, Samurai on horse, claw dancer (i havent posted it yet), and their follow-ups. We are only missing the ki monk and initiates. But we also added new units like the gun samurai.

Seiryu, you haven't finished with the horseman right?

Because it seems awefully similiar to this image you did earlier....

Okay, we might need another wave of balancing changes...

But anyhow:
The definitive guide to beating the AI in multiplayer map "charge"

versus:
undead, drakes, orcs, rebels

Recruit 4 mounted samurais, take your leader as well, and charge as fast as you can towards the enemy leader, slaying units that are in the way, in a tight formation. If you can manage to land 2 full hp units next to the enemy leader even when he is in good terrain, do it. It should kill him, if not, he'll be dead next turn. should win by turn 4

versus:
Loyalist

Recruit 5 samurai warriors, 1 samurai archers, move along with your leader as swiftly as possible to wards the enemy leader, slaying the cavalry, in a tight formation. Should win by turn 10. try and use your units to trap the enemy leader if possible.

versus:
itself

recruit 6 ninjas. Move along with your leader as fast as possible. use ninjas to jump over enemy mounted samurais. assassinate the leader at night with at least three ninjas. It WILL at least take 2 turns. Time it right, because you'll be dead if he survives till dawn. use the other three to protect your own leader who kills the enemy's bodyguard. Should win by turn 12. Be sure to cover all escape routes from the castle so he can't escape.
