Found it. It was already fixed in the version I am working on, and it is related to that unit's advancing, not to the enemy you are fighting.

guys? you are writing way to much :augh:
how were you able to fill about 50 sites in half a year when the other 50 sites were written in 2 years?
anyway it is really interesting to read all 100 sites (though i am just at site 70 yet.... :cry: )

Well, that proves the complexity of this campaign. And i think the 50 first pages where written before there was a real item system ( and before chap 7-9). So it's normal there are more bugs now than before.

wouldnt call it funny..more like really interesting what all happened and how things changed (both what and the way it changed)
its for sure worth reading it if you have time to do so

EDIT: @ Raijer yes i remeber that times but there where also a lot of typos or other bugs in gameplay, you could say only the bugs have changed and the amount of people who report them has increased

THe campaign just became really popular with time, so more people got interested in improving it ( myself, i wouldn't have come if not for the limit of redeem). Going through chapter 2 again... I got seriously too used to over-powered lethalia and efraim, that's annoying ( especially the redeem lvl 15 that would be awesome against lilith & co).

Got a strange thing happening in "Gods" again, i couldn't find the elves. Bug or do they not appear anymore ?

if this didnt change with the time then they all have ambush and just prefer not to attack you cos you are to strong (had to search quite often for them)

Must have missed them... Even though i sent only efraim hoping they would attack and went through the whole forest. Well, not like it's really useful for the story, or does it unlock one of the secrets?

I've made an update. Significant changes:
Added tutorial
Delly is now a new unit type, with a new sprite and a new portrait
Changed some dialogues in chapter 1 (to add some properties to characters, and made it more obvious why Lethalia chose to become undead)
Fixed the lua error problems showing on wesnoth 1.11.1/1.11.2 when a low level unit advanced

Nice tutorial, I also like the new portrait and and sprite for Delly
anyway, after the tutorial Efraim has two Sword of Krux' and one Twinkling Sword equiped
and Delly's left sword looks bent

in my case he is equipped with a triple sword of krux and one twinkling sword
it seems af if removing just replicates the item into the item storage

also i would like to know if there are any misbenefits by starting from turtorial?

I am investigating that bug, it seems that items are not removed when I want them to be removed.

Tutorial only gives you an advantage that you get two unique items. And that bug is not bad too, is it?

thats true but i could make an infinity number of those swords and give both delly and efraim insane amount of damage from beginning with that bug

my question for the misbenefits is based on the thought that if you go on from chapter to chapter leveling is harder
i thought something like that would be the case because if not, then theres no reason not to make the tutorial the first scenario for chapter 1
this way also everyone has to do the turtorial who wants to play this chapters (if you are newbie and dont start from beginning after turtorial, you are lost anyway, those who start from a special chapter have most likely played this campaign before and dont need to play turtorial)

EDIT: if you start from chapter 1 delly has one more attack (7-5)
while when you start from turtorial she has only 7-4 (as basic damages without bonuses)

EDIT 2: same about her ranged attack

I used the bug to equip all my other fencers, making the first scenario's even easier

Have you tried to do something wrong in the tutorial? That means you cannot make an infinity of these items. When you did anything different, it told you not to do it. That is the way it teaches you to do stuff.

And the experience difference is a bug, and it fixes itself before you get any benefit from it.
EDIT: Found the cause, will be fixed in the next version. Not getting how you could exploit the bug to get all your fencers equipped.

The rewards for the tutorial are intended to make newbies choose to play it instead of just jumping in and getting lost. It is nothing great anyway, is it?
