Thanks. I'm meaning to play through it after the conversion to the new map format, before doing anything else with it - apparently some start positions must have got lost.
About it being too easy, I think it's supposed to be very easy, as it's aimed at total beginners. E.g. if you don't follow the advisor and put all your elves on grassland instead of forest and fight during the night, it gets somewhat harder
But I'll try giving gold for one or two more starting units to the orc, and maybe another hut near his castle.
