I don't think they should be green, I'm thinking alternating areas of light and dark brown. They definitely shouldn't have fur, otherwise they're Wookiees.

I think this guy looks pretty cool, but maybe he could use something to make him look more decidedly orcish... I'm not quite sure what, though. Right now he looks kind of like he could be a human barbarian in a mask, or as mentioned above, a zombie of some sort.
Yeah...you could try making his sword a little more curved to give it a little better impression of an orcish scimitar. His sword is a little too straight.

Also, give him a little more gold color on his belt, maybe? The grunts have a lot of red and gold, so give this guy a little of both maybe so he'll fit in better.

Probably because the skin color looks more green than brown for some reason...
And his face is really distorted, too.

How about a bald head or truncated helmet? It's hard to know he's an orc because we rarely see one without lots of armor on, so something from the other unit would help make the association. He looks like an ebony Fabio (black stuff on his head). I guess I really don't know what to do either.

It's great, but the head is a bit... unclear.

I mean, I can't really make out how it is.

Bald would be cool. A bald orc... they shave themselves to keep the hair out of the way. Or something. :D

Yeah, I think a little less hair, and perhaps a slightly bigger head to match would increase the orcishness of the image. It may be a bit much to ask, but I think a topknot would be ideal.

The latest version is much improved, IMO, though. Definitely getting close.

It looks like the new one has a dent in the side of his head.
He also looks like he has a wolf face.
The coloring is way better, though.

How does this guy look compared with the other orcs?

Well, um, you can see the difference in art styles... [/understatement]

The question is do you change the naked orc to look like the in-game orc or vice-versa?
