Wesnoth Wiki scope

I seem to have run into a problem. I'm keen to use references, so that articles like Haldric I's are only written to reflect actual in-game canon. However, MediaWiki only offers references as an extension: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Cite
Unfortunately, wiki.wesnoth.org doesn't use this extension at the moment. Would this be hard to introduce?

I guess I wasn't specific enough - I meant the font size in the info box, which is hard to read.
