I've also made a pierce attack animation for the elvish Halberdier. I'm still not lucky with the third frame, i think i'll redo it.

I've reworked on the mage, trying to improve the blurryness, painting it pixel by pixel. I think the result is better than the old one.
Do you think i shopuld add some kind of halo to the staff?

Also that's how the elvish-halberdier looks ingame. Still there's something i don't understandt. I used the same magentacolors for the head-band (don't know what it's called) and for the cape. Still only the cape is colored red.

Mage's robe is quite pillow shaded. You should determine one light source (e.g. upper-right) and go with that.

For the teamcolor, I would recommend to download the official TC-palette from here and replace all magenta from your unit with some color from the palette.

i tried to create an standing animation for the mage, and so far i've got the halo for the staff. The halo is half-transparent.

During my attempts to create a portrait for the elvish Pikeman and Halberdier, i realized, that i am an absolute noob in drawing portraits. So instead of creating portraits from scratch I've frankensteined some portraits from Mainline to fit together and recolored them.

Actually i already knew about this thread. I have taken the frames for the halberdier and for the first version of the pikeman from her. The problem is just, that she was creating a female halberdier. But you are right, i didn't thought about her portrait, when i frankensteined my portrait.
I tried again, this time with the female portrait as base, and that's what i managed to make, although one could certainly do better

Well, long time since i didn't posted here. In the meantime i've been developping a bit on my campaign. For this i needed some statues for decoration purposes. Not finding any that fitted me, i decided to create some myself.
The statue of Delphador is created from scratch (more or less, as it consist's mainly of greyscaling the sprite and putting it on a stone )

For the statue of Konrad, i only did the overgrown plants myself.
