I really liked:
The Morning After (UtBS) - really depends on strategy, I did it without losing a unit, my friend was unable to complete it (hard diff in both cases)
the last dungeons in IftU - unique style
Endless Night (DiD)

Test of the Clans in HttT. I finally killed all four leaders before killing 25 enemy units v1.8 I think. Recruited about 15 gryphons and sent them on mass to north west leader, then when they had a villiage I teleported in with three silver magi. Then down south to the leader by the lake, same process. Meanwhile Lisar with void armour and scepter and an escort of grand knight and paladin went to kill the south west leader. Go Silver Mages, next time I start from the beginning I am going to get more of them!!
