Pretty neat, but there are a few problems.

Battler: wing joints seem to be higher than the shoulderblades, left claw-glove not only defies gravity but doesn't match the other one.

Knight: chest armour colour doesn't match the other armour, left claw seems to sprout from his knee.

Regal: left arm seems a bit funny in terms of where the elbow is, shield looks kind of useless tucked in behind the wing.

I like a lot the first one (cause I'm doing something similar) but I've remark only 2 things:
1- Their left boot looks strange, like a triangle.
2- The arm of the 2º is not well bended. It seems to be in a very unanutural position.

Another thing: Maybe you can put an aura of light around the torch.

Part of the add-on I spoke of on twitter, with the campaign parts stripped out. The sprites could certainly use some polishing. This is the best quality I could get out of someone else's frankenstein back then and I don't think my skills have improved after 2+ years of not spriting. (I do seem to know better now: the raised arm is horribly pillowed)

So does that of all the units in your mob. :lol2:
Honestly, both of their boots are taken from the mainline Peasant.
Or from the Ruffian, don't really know.
Or maybe from the Woodsman...

You dare to break the law of pitchforks and torches only!

Maybe a lv.1 for my units?

By the way, could you send me the files by PM (campaign included)?

EDIT: And some more sprites and the faction .zip.
