Remember this is not the place to critique or comment on these tiles, such things should go in the original thread where they can do the most good.
EDIT: Made a wood floor from scratch instead.

Feel free to PM me if you start a new terrain oriented thread. It's easy for me to miss them among all the other art threads.

Seems to me i've seen decent fences in UMC somewhere in the past-- maybe there's more than one floating about?
If you know of a decent fence graphic set please post it for consideration.

This is still known?Urs wrote:Dunno if this is what you're looking for (it's not very complete at all), but Jetrel reacted favorably in the thread, and I think it's awesome:

There are more variations in the thread itself.

Either way I don't need anyone to hold my hand but no feedback no further work on it.

This one is nice, although it may mess up the scale of units:scenery.Eleazar wrote:Seems to me i've seen decent fences in UMC somewhere in the past-- maybe there's more than one floating about?

The idea does like very interesting, but how to do to be passable that square for only some angles? And impasable for others angles?

Not sure this is the place for that discussion, but my understanding is; you don't. It's treated just like a chasm hex for most mechanics, only differing visually- "bridges" built for it would be ramps.IPS wrote:The idea does like very interesting, but how to do to be passable that square for only some angles? Re: Links to Decent but Abandoned Terrain graphics
I think there is a way how cliffs can be incorporated without problems. I'll think about it, and maybe prototype.Cliffs IMHO don't fit into Wesnoth's gameplay without causing problems,
Re: Links to Decent but Abandoned Terrain graphics
Nice to know there might be some cliff terrain soon
I had an idea that you could use them in a mountain range. It might work if the cliff hex were just unwalkable, and you could walk on terrain next to it. Some ramps (hills?) could lead down.

Aha! The wooden walls!
Yeah, I was the one that suggested those in the other thread... I didn't realize there was already such a thing out there.

Is that thread going to be resurrected?
Tempts me to stretch it a bit to make them look cleaner, although that might not have been their purpose:
