That's a new feature in 1.1.8. The "~TC()" is an image path function to adjust the team-color parts of an image. "8" means the destination color is Team 8 (this is usually white, unless someone has changed it). "magenta" means the source image parts are using the magenta color range defined in team-colors.cfg

If you kill an enemy hero that is standing inside his own keep with the plague stuff the game crashes. There is a message box about a C++ Runtime Library Error (Windows XP). It seems like the game can't handle that it tries to put 2 units at the same hex at the same time.
I was working on the proof of one of my poems all the morning, and took out a comma. In the afternoon I put it back again. -- Oscar Wilde

I expected this to happen, and I actually fixed it. Maybe you weren't using the latest DotM (1.1.10)?

Just another reason to use the "graveyard" feature again.


I know you feel these are all "bugs in the game that should be fixed", and I think it's great that your scenrio finds them all, but there is something to be said for smooth playability as well.

I say change how it works for now, and, if you want to, change it back when the bug is fixed.

Unfortunately the Slow bug needs to simply be fixed. I don't see a work-around for it. :(

I am, but as long you keep it in mind when using the plague stuff it's not a big problem :?

Sorry Baufo...I thought it was fixed, but it wasn't.

Thanks JW. Actually I wouldn't say that one is Wesnoth's bug :P It's just something impossible for the game to handle. So I think the graveholes will stay forever hahaha.

And about the slow bug... yes, it needs to be fixed. But fortunately there is a work-around :) Like sapient suggested, poisoned/slowed status is automatically removed when dying. But still, staying slowed/poisoned when reviving is funner.

So here comes... 1.2 on the campaigns server!
- Adjusted era.
- Added Orcish Assassin.
- Remade temporary graveholes. No more stoning.
- New weapons: whip, Flaming Sword, Enchanted Bow.
- Adjusted prices of weapons.
- Added Peasants as basic creeps.
- Plague Staff now spawns Walking Corpse like it used to.
- The fix in 1.1.10 didn't really work. Now it does.

1.2.1 on the campaigns server
- No more '... except backstab/magic/drain'.
- Added 'Enhance all attacks' and 'Increase strikes for all attacks'.
- Increased prices magic/drain weapons.
- Decreased gold for magic/drain units.
- Gold investment in bank can be added without claiming the already invested gold. Profit is 10%. (Thanks to reference from DotG)
- Set creeps prices reduction at 5%/turn. (Thanks to reference from DotG)

Huh you have got your own server? [/notsoserious]

The campaign server is running again but you need to enter drazzib.com where you now enter campaigns.wesnoth.org.

When you connect to the campaign server you should get a list of availabel add ons. Just select the "Defense of the Marshall list entry" and click ok/download or something.
