So on which side do you err? I would tend to say overestimate someone's abilities until proven otherwise (or they ask to have less responsibility ;))

I'll admit that sometimes I'd get cocky and do something more convenient than prudent. Sometimes I assume that my opponent wouldn't see it. But fortunately it's usually subtle and nobody is offended. But then again, it was never really due to age; I usually play Wesnoth against my classmates.

Me 21, it is good when have a play with better player then yourself, because can learn differents strategies. No problems with age if the player have a good behavior and play well.
Take a look in the things that i did: 6p - Secret Valley , MAP for SX

I'm 18, and I've been playing Wesnoth for about a week and a half, online for 3 days. Oddly enough, someone said they thought I had been playing for a year before I told them. I felt flattered. Most people don't ask age though from the people I've dealt with.
