Re: PYRA Mudcrawler Is Devastating - The Tournament
Group BROWN FOREST, wake up! 3 days, and I haven't found a single opponent from our group. I will be online most of the time on Sunday. If you see me, pm and we can set up a game time?

Re: PYRA Mudcrawler Is Devastating - The Tournament
I can log on to the server without any problems. Was wondering where you vanished
. You can always check if server is down @ status.wesnoth.org
As for the tournament start date, I am fine with both waiting for more players or starting with the current number of participants.

Re: PYRA Mudcrawler Is Devastating - The Tournament
It is very hard for p2 to defend well against a properly executed p1 rush on crescent lake. With pyr, the effect is enchanced much more.

Re: ANNOUNCEMENT: 4player Map Contest and Overhaul!
I humbly, don't support the idea of removing the maps because of lack of popularity ( not considering balance for FFAs) . I have been carrying stuff like 'age of heroes' without ever using it, because some people use it and it's there for them. If we can do without removing them, that will be great,...

Re: Pick Your Recruits Armageddon (Standard & Extended)
Here i present my humble suggestions towards the above mentioned changes. Ulf: Yes, 21g seems ok to me. --- Goblin Impaler: No comments. ----------------- Wesfolk Outcast: 23g seems to be too much to me, however I do agree that there needs to be some price increase. I suggest going with a +1, but ca...

Re: Implement the Wesnoth Ladder
if the net effect for Wesnoth ladder hinders Wesnoth experience, Wesnoth shouldn't have a ladder. I disagree with you here. This is how you 'personally' feel about the ladder, for many people, presence of the ladder has been and continues to be an enriching experience. Many of the best Wesnoth game...

Re: Multiplayer Replay Analysis
Thanks for the reply, Velensk. Again, nice inputs. I can see what you mean by lack of killing power on the right. I carried around an adept on the left flank doing nothing with it, for almost 10 turns. Probably, that's what a 'passive' unit is? :) About retreating the skelli on t15, I was trying to ...

Re: Multiplayer Replay Analysis
Hi, today I present a replay from a ladder match b/w me and Cremember. Weldyn Channel - Undead( p1 ) vs Cremember as Elves ---------------------------------------------------------------- This time I start with an aggressive push as undead, hoping to intimidate him at dusk, and get the village early...

Re: Multiplayer Replay Analysis
Thanks for the thorough analysis, Velensk. Some very useful information in there. The idea behind the guardsman was that since i saw so many fighters, I wanted to plant him on one of his south vills, and force him to get mages/woses. And the steelclad going south was to intimidate him into not attac...

Re: Multiplayer Replay Analysis
I welcome the idea of such a thread, very nice initiative. I post two replays of my recent games. I only put my thoughts on my overall ( think initial :) ) strategy to allow for original thought while doing a turn by turn analysis/criticism. 1. SilverHead Crossing - Knalgans (p1) vs elves. ---------...

Hi,
The account activation page doesn't give the correct link for the ladder website. Kindly change it from ladder.subversiva.org to ladder.alainlauzon.com.
Thx

Re: Formal critique against Khalifate faction.
This issue has been raised before here:[link] http://forums.wesnoth.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=34117[/link] and while I am not strongly opposed to changing the name if it satisfies a 'particular section' of wesnoth community, I see no reason why it should be so. Words gain different meaning over t...
