I've got the same problem. Cant see text in most of the pop up windows. Just downloaded 1.6.4 twice today with the same problem. Didn't have any of this with 1.6.3. I'm using the English language setting, but my windows default language is Korean. Maybe the problem is because of the Korean Windows X...

I think this idea would make for a more interesting UMC. I think random chance (luck:)) is something that often adds flavor to a scenario. Elf will have to work hard on his Campaign though.. I wouldnt expect to see it any time soon
