Re: Do you save and reload? If so, why?

Heir to the Throne seems to be balanced such that it stays challenging as you accumulate leveled units and start achieving the early finish bonus. Re: Do you save and reload? If so, why?

I save and reload like it's nobody's business. Possibly a hundred times a scenario, in later scenarios.

When I save and reload, it's because I feel the RNG has violated the spirit of the gamerules by making victory untenable despite careful strategic planning.

I can't find a way of explaining my point without being offensive, so I'll skip to the recommendation. In the Scenario: Bandits, please reduce the rediculous amount of gold each bandit faction receives. Facing a force 10 times your size which all has 70% cover and backstabs, is unamusing.

This can create problems when even the simplest concepts need to be communicated between teammates, and communication is very important in strategy games. When I do not understand a ...

[EDIT: After replaying the campaign again, I've noticed that many of the scenarios are far, far easier when you have tremendous amounts of gold and leveled units at your disposal. What this can mean for the player is that a mistake early in the game costs him the ability to complete the campaign -mu...
