OK, I'm almost positive this is a dumb question, but I only play MP vs. my friends. Is the "no fog gang" a group of players who play without fog of war?? Or does it just mean no shroud?

I think the only real strategic decisions in the game are related to purchasing and upgrading your units (although getting them the XP is even tactical). All strategy has a tactical implementation.
