How do you guys make your dicisions on changing units??
I've been wondering the ways the developers make your decisions on changes; I'm sure you guys talk the topic over and basicly kill the subject to death (heard that you talked about adding a multiplayer forum for months - unaminous person =P ).. But really what makes you guys deside your changes.. I ...

I comment on this because usually a good player would attack a key hex that me as the enemy needs to be defensive or have a good offense, by taking control of this hex (by killing the unit with the ulf and then having another unit take the hex in which my unit who died controlled). I lose my key str...

A problem that I just noticed that I am doing is looking at a weak unit and not comparing it to its uses vs other factions. If you change one unit you could ruin a factions way to beat another faction to beat other units. So, what i'm trying to say that if your going to change a unit compare it in e...

What are vampire bats going to do besides give free kills? Economic domination on any large map? A level 1 vampire bat is really the only thing that is a threat to a ulf. Vampire Bats are level 0. That's about half of their power -- no upkeep. A Vampire Bat pays for itself within a few turns, even ...

I think loyalists are a great faction, a mix of spearman and mages wins games constintly. Just remember if you do change fencers cost to 16 then people will likely use them (to get villages) instead of calvry because they have 70% on a terrian and can skirmish. Keep the fencer at the same cost but b...

Play a game vs an undead player as knaglan and just mass thugs and an effective amount of berzerks and the undead will lose. Does this lose against any faction? (I think Undead could fight it with Bats, Skeletons, and Adepts...) lol.. maybe u missed my whole sentence on the part that thugs do IMPAC...

Undead vs knaglan.. there is no chance for the undead.. Thugs are 13 gold and decimate skeletons and adepts and corpses and ghouls and bats.. Ulfserkers are 18 gold and decimate ghosts, adepts, bats, corpses. Dwarvish fighters are 17 gold and decimate every unit undead has besides a ghost. Play a ga...
