Photoshopping - Wesnoth style matching

From my point the Deoran picture needs wider shoulders and smaller hips. The face does not matter and fits the story. If you join the maf you can have the face of a baby, but you might get called babyface. So if you are a horseman you should look like a rider and less like a boy on the way to the rest room (in my humble opinion)
The elf lady has the most serious issue at the left shoulder and left hip (rightside of the picture). The spots are really tiny and easy to retouche. Colors do not match, so I did a full repaint service. The big thing to fix the perspective would be the upper arm. The face and hands look big, but resizing them is not doing any good. The forearms are still huge and nothing fits anymore. Instead cut out elbow to shoulder (left and right and including chest) and scale up by 1,5 in height only. All the proportion fall into place, but the chest needs a serious redraw now. So I will not post this, but the recolered version.
I did some frames in front of the background, too. I used a horse of LordBob, Kitties elfs and the white mage and the original character mage from the campaign. They look good in my opinion. I had to crop the background to 500x265 on my screen. I hop they address the style issues.
I did not change the contrast and outline of Gerrick and Deoran. I think even LordBob is not using outlines on metal. Personally I like more contrast.
Ok let see the pictures:
The first artist ever here allowing manipulation to his work! So thanks a lot for this great opportunity to practice!Feel free to keep tinkering with the material I put on here, and use it as you please.

Wherever did you get that idea? It's the GPL, alteration is written into the license.

Well, our artists are getting angry and everybody would defend them. We want them happy so that they paint more. Everybody plays along.
Show me a line of any wesnoth artist who says: Alter my art to your liking and discuss the changes freely on this forum.
In that sense scavenger was the first.

Anyway, I don't believe anyone in these forums gets angry if their work is improved.. I've never seen anyone getting angry about that.
Check out my sprites!
