Siege of Elensefar Successful Run

Hello I've been following this game for a long time, but I was mostly a lurker. I started playing this game many moons ago and then recently began to consider playing it again because I had a feeling the devs always update the game frequently.

Anyways, I've been struggling on a level called the Siege of Elensefar. It is probably the most brutal campaign I've fought. The reason for this post is that I've been seeing that other people are having a hard time completing this level, as well. I searched through the forums and there was one excellent post by Kirdan which helped me beat this campaign finally. The thread can be found here:

I found that there was a lack of replays on this hard level, so I decided to help some people who find this level difficult, too. I certainly wish this would give info on how to flank those evil-doers. I might have gotten a little bit lucky with that Knight at the end!

Mmm I'm not a very good general of course, but I think I can improve a bit your strategie:
The first one and more basic is that you can't attack orcs at night and in bad terrain. If you're waiting them in the forest let them attack and then kill them from a good position and in the morning.
Another one: Why don't use the right bridge for a lighting attack? It's only a suggestion. I like your way for distract the undeads with the leader It's a very good idea! Nice replay otherwise and I hope you'll continue playing wesnoth!
