Gold Transfer Mod

This is a simple mod that I have made. Right-click your leader to get the option to send an amount of gold of your choosing to another player. Sending gold is private. The intended use is just to transfer gold between sides in a casual multiplayer game, for things like bribes and ransoms. Feel free to give suggestions and feedback.
