The Prophecy (Single player campaign 1.18 WIP)

Post by Edenray »

Hey everyone, this is my first campaign so please don't look into the state of my programming
So far it is 21 scenarios long and as yet the story is unfinished. I have been working on this on and off for over ten years as it is purely for pleasure now and again, and also I am easily distracted in to other creative ventures. I am currently focusing on actually finishing this as I'm fairly pleased with the story so far and want to wrap it all up, plus I am keen for people's feed back.
I am firstly considering changing the name to The Mystic, as the current title isn't quite how the story is turning out.
So far the characters are about two thirds of the way through their journey, I have several threads to tie up within this tale yet, so I am estimating another three or four playable scenarios and several cut scene scenarios to bring it to an end.
Would people like me to extend the story more than this in order to fully explore the ideas?
Are the scenarios good to play? Are objectives clear?
Thank you for taking a look, any feed back, and I hope you enjoy it so far :)
PS: I am aware some of the dialogue is terrible currently, suggestions welcome!
PPS: One of the characters is particularily sweary, I have replaced any swearing in the dialogue with symbols, just to make you aware. I hope this is acceptable.

Hmmmmm, cannot upload the project, getting a 'remote host disconnected error'. Is the project too large as it stands? (140mb)
Sorry about the delay!

I believe there is a 100 MB limit.

Hi gnombat! Thanks, I'll have a look at splitting the backdrops out in to a resources download

EDIT: Seperated the backdrops in to a resources folder and uploaded, seems to be working!

You seem to have made a mistake when adding the prophecy resources as a dependency. When installing the campaign it says that the dependency can't be found, even though it's clearly on the server.
Might be a problem of case sensitivity.

Just to clarify, did you remember to remove all the ai generated art before uploading the campaign/resources?

Heya, yes, all the paintings are mine, I'm currently working my way through the missing ones. I have out of interest been using a paint simulator called Rebelle, it's rather good!
