Stats Bonus Mode

This mod allows to set stats bonus for all units on the map and every other unit that will be recruited. You can increase units hit points (+5,+10,+15...+250), resistaces (+5%,+10%,+15%), terrain defense (+5%,+10%,+15%), damage number (+1,+2,+3...+20), strikes number (+1,+2,+3,+4,+5), movement points (+1, +2, +3, +4, +5).

So after using this mod I findout that units higher stats during game used by ai makes it think longer to how use each of units.
