This is the topic for the era 'New Southern Nations'

Goal: To create a balanced era, including the factions inhabiting the southern dunes.
I plan to release a Dunefolk campaign using this era eventually (this may take some time).

You can click on the "Build Report" link in the left sidebar to see any errors.
For your add-on, it seems that there is an uppercase/lowercase inconsistency which means that your add-on may not work on operating systems where files are case-sensitive (such as Linux).
The _main.cfg file contains the code "{~add-ons/New_southern_nations/New_southern_nations.cfg}" but the add-on name is actually New_Southern_Nations.
