1.16.12 real or imagined?

1.16.12 real or imagined?
I've heard it referred to a few times but there is no release announcement and flatpak never had an update for it (although I have not checked in a while) so I wonder if it really exists?

Wesnoth 1.16.12 is very much real.
Or did you mean 1.16.13? There was a post earlier mentioning "1.16.13" but it seems mostly incomprehensible so I'm not sure what it is talking about...
