Does someone know which program was used to make the maps in between the scenarios on which one can See where the battles take place?

There used to be a tool called Trackplacer, but it bitrotted and is no longer supported... now there's supposed to be a Tiled plugin for that purpose, but I haven't actually used it yet... see this wiki page: https://wiki.wesnoth.org/Authoring_tools
