wesnoth 1.17.5 not running with windows 7

warning: it is a special case since it is related to an unofficial version of windows 7
I tried to launch wesnoth 1.17.5. The program crash just as it began its installing process with error 0x000007b.
I know it's maybe related to updating something (security certificate or something else) but I can't tell which one (I don't know how to access the full informations about the error and of course, automatic updating is not an option).
Did someone have a solution or an experience with that?

update:
after some digging , seems that the problem is the expired authroot.stl. hmmm I m still looking how to replace it manually
