Template:Create with german linking

Is it possible. and allowed, to create a similar template to https://wiki.wesnoth.org/Template:Create with linking to the accordingly german pages (wich almost don't exist, but may will soon).

I'm capable of creating it, but I'm not sure how to name it. Analog to the different language pages as an substructure (/de), or with a different name (i.e. CreateDe), or completely different?

It's also possible to insert that feature into the existing template, and make it expandable to other languages, with a language argument. That might be a bit more difficult, but is probably the most elegant solution.

There's already https://wiki.wesnoth.org/Create/de and similar, so I would say follow that pattern.
