[interface] History and completion for debug (readline?)

[interface] History and completion for debug (readline?)

When testing in debug mode, I sometimes find I want to apply the same thing to multiple units, or do the same thing repeatedly. It would be nice if debug had a history. And completion for those of use who can't type/spell/remember.

I opened a bug requesting this for 1.16, and Kabachuha got a pull request merged that implemented it: https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/pull/5538

Awesome idea, thanks. I have to admit I didn't try it in 1.16 until just now.
