Popups (tooltips/helptips) gone from 1.16?
I noticed that the popup rectangles when you point at an ability on the right side info panel are gone. The same holds for some of the other words such as the name, race, type while the popups still work for traits and attacks and some other things.
Is this a bug or a change?
If it is a change why remove it from abilities?
Confused in Canada.

It's bug #6096, sadly we don't have any progress on finding the cause of it.
