Well, no point in avoiding spoilers anymore after clmates's post :). Congratulation to Krogen, our first semifinalist! Score updated on the main post.

Hello ladies and gentleman!

What a series!

First Vilebeggar does not show up for the first match, bringing the score to 1-0.

But then neki strikes back in style by not showing up for the next game, bringing the series to a dramatic tie: 1-1.

And now finally these two titans managed to abide by their pre-agreed schedules and clashed into a dramatic game 3, replay attached: What a close end match to a close series! I won't say who won the last game here to prevent spoilers, but I will update the score in the main post.

What series between matto and megac1, let's label it as unusual, for those of you who are intrigued, please watch replays. Score updated.

Now all eyes are on DannielBr vs. LunaticPrincess, our final match for week 1.

Games 2 and 3.

Luni made it really really hard on game 3, but an assassin won the game alone.

Just gonna put this here aswell, i have no intention of taking that win for Game 2. That'd be real dirty. We'll just find a save, worst case scenario is after neki's timer ran out for the first time.

Just wanted to point out that the second game between me and Krogen was a game played under a lot of stress for me due to external factors.

I also made unforced errors due to the aforementioned stress and interruptions.

Irrespective of the above, Krogen played really well, despite being (I would say) at a faction disadvantage. Krogen deserves to win and even if he gracously offered to reload the game from a turn different than my afk turn when my timer simply expired, I don't think it would be fair towards Krogen, myself and the crowd to witness such reload drama for an almost already decided game.

Therefore, I thank Krogen for his gracious offer, but it is my choice to congratulate Krogen for his win, which brought the series to a dramatic 1-1.

Please find the games, in no particular order, so you don't know who won what :):

Enjoy the replays and I will see you ladies and gentemen tonight for the deciding match between Krogen and I.

What a semifinals so far!

Congrats, Danniel_BR.

As you ladies and gentlemen know, grand finals is going to be awesome and on top of that it is also going to have 5 games so Danniel and I will try to make an early start tonight Sunday 19th, but Danniel is not 100% sure.

Full grand finals schedule updated in main post.

Hello ladies and gentlemen!

The Grand Finals is over and with it the 1st edition of the Fixed Time Tournament!

Danniel_BR won against me in the Grand Finals, but I won't spoil the score or what happened for you, so that you can tune in on my channel and witness the high quality games by yourselves:

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsvUxn ... e_view=503

There can be no tournament without prizes and in Fixed Time Tournament, the winner takes it all:

Danniel_BR got a Steam game of his choice: "All extensions for Battle Brothers" as a gift. I thought adding a certain degree of customisation would make the tournament prize more appealing, that is why I waited so long to disclose it.

There is a consolation prize for the finalist (myself): a double cast with neki... facepalm. Considering the situation, I extended the consolation prize to Danniel_BR as well and he said he will think about it. So if you see him on the Wesnoth servers, please remind him about the double cast offer and cheer for him to accept it :).

With this being said, I shall see you ladies and gentlemen next time!
