what about unit sprites/character portraits?

Thank you! I wanted to have some context for what has already been done for the faction.
Mainline Maintainer: AOI, DM, NR, TB and THoT.
UMC Maintainer: Forward They Cried, A Few Logs, A Few More Logs, Start of the War, and Battle Against Time

I don't see how sprites and portraits help in understanding the plot

I meant that I would like to ask if I can borrow some of them for my era (since Oath of Allegiance is currently pretty much the only add-on with good khalifate sprites).

Dunno, Reign of the Lords also has nice sprites

True, but yours are generally more original, and, unlike in Reign of the Lords, there are more new lines/sprites that can be used for alt. advancements for existing units. but if you don't want to upload them now, then no pressure.

To be honest, I don't like to see the same sprites in half a dozen add-ons. It's frustrating to put hundreds of hours of effort into an add-on only to see the stuff get included in other add-ons in a matter of days

Is Root of Evil broken? On 1.13.10 the main enemy (Yrialdhe) never moved, so she was easy to surround and kill.

OoA is now available on the 1.14.x add-on servers

That's what happens when I try to start the campagin. It fails to load the scenario.

Macro/file 'HRS_ITEM_LIXANDRYL' is missing
at ~add-ons/Oath_of_Allegiance/scenarios/04_A_Whisper_in_the_Sands.cfg:96
included from ~add-ons/Oath_of_Allegiance/_main.cfg:114

Did you load the Heroes add-on? It is a dependency and the relevant macro is defined there.

I did. But somehow removing the add-on and installing it again fixed that bug.
Somewhat confusing.

There's a problem with the fourth scenario, with the fortress in the fog of war. I forgot the name already.

The scenario says that moving next to guards will recruit them, and moving next to the General will talk to him. However, neither of these events occur - moving next to the General only makes his ! go away.

1.14 is unable to display full addon icon 'misc/blank-hex.png~BLIT(terrain/sand/crater.png~CROP(0,0,72,64),0,8)~BLIT(units/elves-wood/sorceress-melee-attack-1.png~RC(magenta>red)~CROP(6,6,51,58),0,0)~BLIT(units/khalifate/monawish.png~RC(magenta>red)~CROP(18,8,37,53),30,10)' now that khalifate folder no longer exists in images.
