Era of Races

hi guys this is for era of races, any suggestions of races you would like to see are welcome, also once i have the era up i will be looking for play testers.

Could you actually be a bit more descriptive about this era?
The name doesn't say much and your first post (as also your original thread to this era) doesn't include much information about it, either...

Eras that are simply cauldrons filled with random factions don't work. You need to plan beforehand and read Shadow Master's signature:

um guys my era was very popular 12 months ago, and im not asking anyone to do the work for me, im doing it myself, all i said was if you want to suggest a race you can thats all, it does not mean ill include it as i have to find the idea interesting. for example the races i have been working are mostly humanoid races but not actually human, who knows i may eventually make a human team, but for now im working on the factions i want to make, for example my shadows race from the first release of my era 12 months ago are being revamped and will have additional units, aswell as a new leader, with there release and playtesting there background will change depending on what the general feeling is for them, this is how i did it before and it worked well.
thankyou for your input though,id be interested in hearing what ideas you guys have?
the races im working on now include a panda-humanoid race, a frog-humanoid race, a rat-humanoid race, a cat-humanoid race, a dragon-humanoid race, a bird-humanoid race, and a few more.

this is the shadow race as of now

the era has been uploaded and so far has one race ready for testing im working on a second race now.
the shadows race may change over time.

also the era is a stand alone era so its stats can not be compared to the other eras.

How about not using that dragon sprite from Ogre Battle.

by the way not naming names but there are other era's using copyrighted material.

You probably should name names so that the problem can be fixed.

If you think that someone else is using copyrighted material in their UMC work, do not keep it to yourself. Bring it to the attention of the Sith or a Developer so we can fix the problem.

However, do not point fingers without any proof. Just because you think someone is using copyrighted material is not good enough.

Also, your content was removed from the add-on server. You claim above to have removed the dragon sprite, but you did not. Shortening the wings does not count. It is still instantly recognizable as work from another game.

Do NOT upload your era again with copyrighted material in it. You have been warned.

and the reason i pointed the finger was because i saw icons i used in my era twelve months ago which someone on here told me was from
warcraft! turns out that a few of the icons i had used where not from warcraft they were from era of myths, which jw kindly pointed out in a nice manner.

and if possible id prefer if you pm'd me this stuff so i could sort it out without ruining the thread for my era.

I downloaded your era from the add-on server 45 minutes ago. That sprite was still in your era. Not only am I looking at the file on my desktop, I can see it in the multiplayer game I opened, so denying it is pointless. I will PM you from now on if there are any more problems.

Well, I pointed out to you in PM that the images claimed to be from warcraft were the attack icons, not the vampire images you took from the EoM. Having never seen the actual images I don't know if that is true. I actually mistook a mainline attack icon for a WoW icon myself once, but Jetryl corrected me.

Having said this, I don't want to be in the middle, I'm just posting to clarify what I've actually stated.

45 mins ago you must have downloaded it just before i uploaded the new one lol, all this fighting for nothing lol, look at the above pic of the race the new one is in that. anyway im uploading it up again as that dragon sprite is no longer there anymore thanks for pointing it out to me zookeeper.

illcwaticando: just so you know, the old troll portraits were changed partially (if I'm remembering right) because they still looked very similar ot some unit from Ogre Battle. While not your fault, I'd suggest using different images for the ice troll line
