(1) What difficulty level and version of Wesnoth have you played the scenario on?

Warrior (Challenging), 1.14.11

(2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)

10

(3) How clear did you find the scenario objectives?

Clear.

(4) How clear and interesting did you find the dialog and storyline of the scenario?

Great.

(5) What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?

Didn't have enough starting gold to field all of the troops that I would've liked.

Killing leaders fast enough, taking a calmer defensive strategy wasn't a viable option since they recruited new units way too fast. Didn't have enough turns to clear them all.

(6) How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10)

7, thematically it is very good but the difficulty of it forces your hand. It feels like the scenario is playing you more than the other way around.

(7) What, if any, are changes you would have made to the scenario to make it more fun?

The Saurians have access to too many villages and replenish their forces too fast. It is way too hard for you to capture a hold villages with the current layout. I would remove a bit of their starting gold and move some of the villages closer to the player's starting point.

(8) Was there any event that caused you to lose the game and forced you to reload or restart the scenario?

Ran out of turns going with a steady and well defended approach, lost too many units rushing through into the top base. The only viable option seemed t to be rushing into the bottom base and immediately triggering the revolt as soon as I engaged their forces.

(1) What difficulty level and version of Wesnoth have you played the scenario on? Challenging 1.18.4
(2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 6
(3) How clear did you find the scenario objectives? Clear
(4) How clear and interesting did you find the dialog and storyline of the scenario? Could be more fleshed out, but it's decent

(5) What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?
I think having one of the live bats makes this scenario much easier, as the extra gold can be used for another round of recruits. My strategy was to hold a line behind the south river so that the saurians don't get improved defense, while having a second group around the mouth of the central river distract the northern troops. I ended up forgetting to use the revolt because I didn't need it.

(6) How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10) 8, I usually don't like fighting saurians but this was okay

(7) What, if any, are changes you would have made to the scenario to make it more fun? None
(8) Was there any event that caused you to lose the game and forced you to reload or restart the scenario? None

(1) What difficulty level and version of Wesnoth have you played the scenario on? Difficult 1.18.4

(2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 7

(3) How clear did you find the scenario objectives? Clear

(4) How clear and interesting did you find the dialog and storyline of the scenario? Could be more fleshed out, but it's decent

(5) What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario? On this difficulty I held the south and central shores instead of an early push, using citizens to lure enemies into the water. Initiates and near-levelling hunters made up most of troops so that I could attack on the first day with netcasters, priestesses and an enchantress. This time I used the revolt on turn 7 so that I could sustain the first day's offensive and finish as soon as possible. Ended up having the ally take alot of the exp, but there's plenty to go around in this campaign on this difficulty.

Forgot Siddry the first time.

(1) What difficulty level and version of Wesnoth have you played the scenario on?

Version 1.18.4, Biased RNG (experimental), difficulty Triton (Difficult)

(2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)

9

(3) How clear did you find the scenario objectives?

Very clear.

(4) How clear and interesting did you find the dialog and storyline of the scenario?

Very clear.

(5) What were your major challenges in meeting the objectives of the scenario?

Couldn't resist the temptation to build the defensive line closer to the enemy, in the swamps. Probably to save two or three turns. So it became an exercise on how to build a defense line, how to hold it for a longer time, and on how to level up own units while doing so. Nice!

(6) How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10)

9 – Saurians are nasty, but one can deal with them.

(7) What, if any, are changes you would have made to the scenario to make it more fun?

None, it's fine as it is.

(8) Was there any event that caused you to lose the game and forced you to reload or restart the scenario?

None. A few times I had to reload a turn, though, because a saurian escaped my attention when hiding my damaged units. Such a saurian would run straight into the middle of my group for killing the weakest in it.
